I was offered this Plan had to accept the welcome plan and later get accepted to the 55+ only to find out that I’m not eligible even though I’m 55
I have been told countless times that I should be eligible but they can't apply this discount! So ridiculous.
I am also very frustrated by this! Ive been a very long term Verizon customer. I had a teacher discount, but wanted to switch to this one as it’s a greater savings. I was told I had to remove my teacher discount and “hope” I am offered the 55+ discount. It’s been 4 months & still nothing. I know several people that have this discount outside of Florida. T mobile has an automatic discount for 55+.
