Upgraded phone plan to ultimate and purchased s24 ultra through Verizon app. Been on the phone and chat with "Verizon reps". Keep trying to get somewhere on the samsung tv promo but dead ends everywhere. It's now been 11 days since I received the redemption email. I try to click link and it just takes me to my profile. No redemption tile exists.

This offer is a lie! One of the Verizon replies says you are only able to get the in stock tv! I am not due for my offer until 2/8/25, however Samsung.com chat told me the 75" is not even in stock! So basically all Verizon has to do is tell Samsung to say they are out of the 75" and we get screwed! I think I'll just return my phone and go to a legit company! By the way, the reviews on this tv are terrible. It is a base model too.

Do not even bother with Verizon customer service. They spent days trying to get answers from them...They finally tried to tell me that it would now be 60 days...That is when I had enough. I filled a BBB and FCC complaint. I also email Verizon Executive Relations at [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] and explain my problem. Two days later they emailed me a link to redeem whichever TV I wanted. Do not waste anymore time with customer service.

I bought a s24 ultra and upgraded my line on 12/2/24 and have not received any redemption codes for the Samsung TV that I was promised with my purchase.

I made my upgrades on 11/30. I called customer service, they told me they didn't even see the TV promotion and told me to go check with the store. I went to the store, and they didn't know what to do. They were waiting to hear from a manager and said they would give me a call back. Still have not received a call back.
