I am so miffed with Verizon.
I was going back and forth with leaving for T-Mobile because I wanted to get the S23+ for free. I kept speaking to people at Verizon and the best offer still had me paying too much out of pocket. I then get a text offering me the $1000 off with my trade in but when I go to make the deal I still only get the $800 off for my trade in. I called and spoke with someone and they had no idea what was going on and why it wasn't working. They said the promotion was there but never showed the $1000 off deal. They sent me to a customer retention department and she hung up on me.
Am I being punked?!?
