Amazon gift card

I started my internet service on May 5th and was told I would receive an email for a $200 Amazon gift card. It’s now June 9th and I still haven’t received anything for them.

We can definitely partner with you to check the status of your promotion, they do generally take a few weeks to receive but I want to see if we have any update for you. We are sending over a private note to get additional details.

I also have nor received my gift card. I signed up in May for service to start the 15th... it's been a month
