Black Friday free phone

Traded in for a free Samsung phone for a Black Friday deal. Was told phone credit would be on bill the following Monday. Current bill has charge for "free " phone and no credit. Next estimated bill also shows no credit. Why am I paying for a "free" phone?

I paid for the "free" phone on my last bill and it is still showing up as a charge on my next bill estimate.
