This is a long arduous continued conversation that is still on going with someone named Natasha and is becoming way too much that by the end of the day today if this is not resolved and I do not receive my $250 & $200 gift card I will be deactivatimg and terminating my services with Verizon and they can send me to collections.
This now in my opinion and what I am dealing with is highly irrational and at this point a not as they promised and after writing and posting this I will be headed over to the BBB and reporting such nonsense so that no one else in their right mind has to go through this unnecessary high levels of stress for a promise COSTCO & VERIZON WIRELESS don't follow up on
I have no idea how to do this authentication and there are no steps to follow or directions. All this for a Verizon phone and gift cards is beyond what I would have signed up and on for. I may just let the cell phone go into collections and reactivate my other number. I have my proof via emails and when you pull up my information it clearly states that I am signed up and eligible for this gift card. I'm seriously reconsidering this is not right
