Can’t redeem Free Fire TV offer

I received my offer to redeem my Free 65” Amazon Fire TV. The tile just takes me to Amazon’s website where I enter the given code at checkout. Amazon says the code is invalid. Please advise.

Having the same issue. I reached out to a rep for Verizon and she is helping me now. If I get an update I’ll post so you know what to do as well

My tile for the Amazon fire tv offer is on my account but when I click on it I get routed to Amazon and it says I owe $627. The one time it did show a code it was way too long to be used on Amazon. So how do i get the tv offer if the link won't work?

There are no other codes. The codes we’re given are too long for Amazon. Can somebody PLEASE do something?

I  am also having the same exact issue. Was on chat for hours with them Thursday and got absolutely nowhere with them. As a new mobile customer I am already extremely frustrated.

This is not the experience we want for any of our customers. We are concerned to learn about your promotional experience and we are here to help. Can you share with us what eligible device and plan were purchased for this offer? The offer does require that service be maintained for 30 days prior to redemption, has it been longer than 30 days since the activation of your new services?

I'm having the same issue. It always takes me to amazon , I add the tv to cart that shows up and then i add the promo code. Its too long, or amazon says its invalid.

I am having the same problem. The last representative “escalated the issue “.  I am over 31 days, and the promo code I received is too long for Amazon. I took out the dashes, and tried so many different combinations- leaving off the last few characters, leaving off the first few character's, nothing works.

I’m having the same issue. Told to wait 30 days and I did. The code is not valid. This is frustrating. Even from setting up the phones this switch has been a headache.

I am having the same issue, I spoke with multiple reps who “escalated” it multiple times. still nothing from Verizon. I originally got the email about my offer being ready to redeem back in June and still no resolution. I’m starting to think it’s a gimmick.
