Canceled promos on two lines

I have been trying to resolve canceled promos on two lines for over a month. I was told a couple times that it was fixed. I have been dropped from about 10-12 chats with customer service having to start over every time and every time them saying it wont happen again. They have stated multiple time that Verizon stands behind what they say they are going to do and this is a complete lie. Sales people say one thing and apply all the promos when upgrading lines and then a week later they are taken away. I would not have upgraded if there wasn't a promo.

I know how frustrated I would be if I had multiple contacts trying to resolve a promotion issue myself, joushalynch84. I know I wouldn't quit, as I rely on those promotions myself when I look to upgrade my device. I would be happy to help take a look into this concern, and find a resolution.
