Cancelled Order

On 10/21 I spoke with Sales rep Kevin near Wilmington, NC and setup 4 new lines and a tablet line. Kevin was very nice and helpful and is excellent at his job. During the process the fraud team intervened for reasons unknown. After a lengthy delay where they took an hour to send an email to verify my identity, the fraud department said everything was ok and we proceeded with the order. $355 of my money was taken and then my order was cancelled because they couldnโ€™t โ€œvalidateโ€ my information. I uploaded a current drivers license and my most recent utility bill to reflect my address. I am very confused about why my order was cancelled. Customer service made it no better because they refused to talk to me due to โ€œcustomer privacyโ€. But Iโ€™m the customer who set up the services.  I was looking forward to being a Verizon customer and this has been quite disappointing and even feels a bit discriminatory. I still do not have my money back and I would like someone to rectify the situation.
