On 10/21 I spoke with Sales rep Kevin near Wilmington, NC and setup 4 new lines and a tablet line. Kevin was very nice and helpful and is excellent at his job. During the process the fraud team intervened for reasons unknown. After a lengthy delay where they took an hour to send an email to verify my identity, the fraud department said everything was ok and we proceeded with the order. $355 of my money was taken and then my order was cancelled because they couldnโt โvalidateโ my information. I uploaded a current drivers license and my most recent utility bill to reflect my address. I am very confused about why my order was cancelled. Customer service made it no better because they refused to talk to me due to โcustomer privacyโ. But Iโm the customer who set up the services. I was looking forward to being a Verizon customer and this has been quite disappointing and even feels a bit discriminatory. I still do not have my money back and I would like someone to rectify the situation.
