I am very dissatisfied with Verizon customer service.  I spoke with Jacob and he misinformed me.  I asked to be transferred to David.  He wasn’t helpful either.  I was promised that I receive an additional $25 discount for being a teacher.  But David said no.  No one seems to know what is correct and customers are misinformed.  Unacceptable.
