Costco $200 rebate and hotspot run around

I ported 4 lines over to Verizon at a Costco Verizon kiosk mid July 2023...was told that I would get $200/line rebate and 10gb of hotspot per line for welcome unlimited...I confirmed this multiple times rep. End of August now...called Verizon multiple no one has any clue on rebates and say I do not qualify for hotspot on plan. This is a major run around from agent or Verizon. Please advised.

I have the same problem. I brought my phone over at Costco on June 1st and still have not seen the rebate in the mail or via e-mail. How can I solve this issue?

Well now Iโ€™m concerned. We did this also, itโ€™s been 3.5 months and the kiosk told us to just wait a little longer. This is sounding like a lie to get us to switch. Our bill is also much higher than we were originally quoted. Iโ€™m starting to wish we had never switched.

I  have the same exact issue.  Upgraded my son's phone in June 2023 and never received a gift card.  Very disappointing.

I have the same problem, I switched 4 lines to verizon from costco kiosk with $250 dollars per line of costco card. The agent from kiosk told me to wait for three months for an e-mail , with regards to the rebate. Three months came by, and no emails. I went back to costco to make a follow-up inquiry about my rebate, but the agent told me to wait for another 3 weeks, so I did. I went back again to the agent on the kiosk, but this he email someone about my inquiry, and told me to wait for an e-mail coming from costco/verizon rebate. Its been a couple of days now, and no email yet. Please advice what to do next.

Hi,  I purchased a new phone in August of 2023 and was told that I would be receiving a $200 Costco gift card within a couple of months .  I have yet to see anything.

IdahoJazzman, awesome you were able to get a new phone at Costco and they've had a promotion to get a gift card with them for that purchase. Well it's been 6 months now. I'll be cancelling and moving to diff carrier. 

I've called multiple times...every tries to help but same story can't find promo, oh did you submit the rebate paperwork, can you check rebate center. All comes back to nothing. 

Even Verizon manager at Costco can't help. Can't track him down, he's busy I get it. According to him he's put in request and will get back to me...nevers get back to me.  And this manager is the only one able to find my offer 

Also, all the Verizon people private messaging me ..all you do is check to see if there's a promo during the time when I sign up, ask if I signed the rebate paperwork work, useless. 

Wasted a too many hours on hold to get the sorry, can't help. or low level help. 

Also if you have a premium credit card...ie amex plat, chase sapphire reserve, venture x, etc...you cannot use their cc phone insurance because Verizon auto pay is only debit card of ach. Verizon...these are the people you want.
