In September 2023 my wife and I switched to Verizon from AT&T of 20 years while shopping Costco at the Verizon kiosk. The promotion promised a $250 Costco shopping card per new line opened so we both got new iPhones and switched service. The promotion stated after 90 days we would receive our cards and the representative there said โyes, youโll have them by Christmas.โ Well that has come and gone and we still donโt have the two $250 cards to Costco. I question the integrity of a company that will blatantly use a promotional to gain customers and never follow through and make good on that promise.
