I switched to Verizon thru costco and i was promised to get US$ 250 COSTCO SHOP Card for each line. I don't know where to check the status for the same. I called costco customer service and they seems to have no record of this deal / no info for this transaction at all.
Is the US$ 250 gift card being provided by Verizon OR Costco ? and when and how should i check the status for the same ?
