I added a line to my Verizon wireless plan via the Verizon kiosk in my local Costco on 12/2/2023. We were told that we would be receiving a Costco Shop Card worth $250 after the 90 return window (should have been in early March). We still have not received anything. I have check all my email folders and searched for the suspected sender address ([email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]), and nothing. Can anyone assist, please? Thank you!

Per the Costco rebate thread in the Announcements forum, it can take up to 14 weeks after the first 90 days for Costco to email the rebate. The promotion is run by Costco, so Verizon can't do anything about how slow Costco can be.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

I have called Verizon multiple times. They finally admitted this was their issue. The customer service rep told me he was going to resolve my issue that day. put me on hold for 2 hours. I called back. said he was busy but he would call me back. Never did. I have wasted two days of my life trying to resolve this issue. 5 new lines at $250 was a big deal. $1250 in gift cards. Never received them.
