On January 21st, 2024, I upgraded three phones and signed up for home internet via Verizon, located within this location. At the time, a promo was running, and I was supposed to receive $300 for upgrades and $250 for home internet in Costco gift cards, a total of $550. Now that Verizon is not affiliated with Costco, neither Costco nor Verizon takes responsibility for those gift cards. When I asked to speak to a manager at Costco, he/she did not even come out. They gave a sticky note to a supervisor with a Verizon customer service number, and I was told this was the number for this issue. Verizon is refusing to take responsibility as part of the promo, which was also to get a $250 Target gift card, which I received on March 12th via email from Verizon. I have spoken to three different representatives so far for hours. Each time, I was told that my matter had escalated and was promised a callback, but I never received a callback. I am requesting you look into this matter and provide a fair resolution.
Thank you.

heridev, we want to make sure you get your gift card. Those gift cards are automatically sent out 90 days after your purchase at a Costco retail stand. It looks like you're almost at those 90 days, so please be a bit patient and keep checking your e-mail.
