The more I read, the more I know that this Costco card promise seems to be just that, a promise. We switched over last April with the promise that in 90 days we will get $250 Costco shop cards. It’s not November and we have yet to receive those cards. I called 611 and Verizon agent said, they have nothing to do with the promo, it’s Costco. I asked Costco, and they have no clue. So I went to the Verizon kiosk where we signed up and inquired as to how and why we have not received any sops card now that it’s more than 90 days. Verizon agent said that those digital cards would have been sent via email. We never got any. Zip. None. The agent took down my number but i doubt that he will call.

Looks like I am another Costco rebate victim. It is well past day 90 and nothing. Switched 3 lines to Verizon from ATT due to ATT’s poor service and the $750 Costco rebate.
so far switching to Verizon has been a debacle

I am having the exact same problem with Costco $250 cards and Verizon $200 rebate cards. I never received the email for Verizon rebate cards, now that I’ve called them they said it’s passed the 60 days for redemption period. The person at the Verizon kiosk told me that it was going to take about 60 days for the email to arrive with the rebate codes. The customer representative I spoke with said that he can see all the emails I receive from Verizon and non of them included any codes, but that he can not reactivate the rebate cards. He also said that they have nothing to do with Costco rebate cards, and when I called Costco they told me to call Verizon. This is very fraudulent and I would like to see this being check by the authorities.

Thank you for reaching out about the Cotco$250 Shop Card. We know the Costco Shop Card is sent as an ecard within 2-3 weeks after the 90-day return policy has expired. What was the date of the port and smartphone purchases? Have you checked email and spam folder? Costco's email with the Digital Shop Card will come from costco@digitalshopcard.costco.com. The Costco Shop Card will be delivered electronically to the email address on your VZW account from costco@digitalshopcard.costco.com. It is recommended to also check your spam folder for the email.

I Have had the same situation, switched service from T-Mobile to Verizon through Costco in August 2023. Still have not received the gift cards. It's 5 lines and total of $1250 value. This should not be so much of stress to follow thru.
