We have been with them for 11 1/2 years and have finally had enough.  We got an email about the NFL Sunday ticket offer if we changed plans.  I inquired about it and confirmed if we changed plans we would get the nfl Sunday ticket package on them as the promo says.  Come to find out that’s not the case at all, was told by another rep when we tried to find out where the confirmation email was, that we didn’t qualify and there was nothing they could do. That is was a miscommunication by the rep.  That’s seriously the best you can come up with?! And not even offer an apology or any sort of compromise?! We’ll guess what, don’t bother calling or emailing about any promotions, upgrades or anything.  As soon as our devices are paid off or we are in a position to drop Verizon, that’s exactly what we’re going to do.
