This has happened to be twice now where they said if I change my plan nothing will happen only to find out that months later they have taken away by device credits because I needed to be under a more expensive plan (which was never divulged ) causing my bill to go up. I am irate. It happened on my son’s phone line who is active duty and on deployment so I have enough on my plate. Has this happened to anyone else?
