It seems to me that the customer service representatives are more limited on the deals they can give people any more. We have probably 15 lines and have been with Verizon for 10-15 years. I tried to early upgrade which we do often but there’s no incentives for that anymore. We have always been able to talk to a representative and get some kind of deal on new phones. Nothing,nada. Very disappointing for the amount of money we fork out every month.
