- Verizon doesn't allow you you to "stack" discounts. My $10 discount cancelled out my $20 discount. Tried to switch back and customer service was absolutely useless. Never had problems with any carrier like I have with Verizon.

I had the same problem. My daughter had a $20 per month loyalty discount and when I was added on, it went to $40. I then applied for the $25 military discount and the $40 discount went away at that point. I have been trying for several months to get the $40 discount back. I would not have applied the military discount had I known you could only have one. I don’t believe that is honoring the military by not allowing you to have it added on. I’m even thinking of switching carriers because of this. I have chatted so many times over the past months trying to get this resolved with no resolution.
