I am SO disappointed in the Verizon service k have received lately. I have spent multiple hours on the phone with Verizon customer service with many different people getting told different things each time. I feel like I am being led on and it makes me want to no support Verizon as a business anymore.
specifically this whole getting access to the Sunday NFL Ticket we are eligible for has been a joke. 15 days later I got the email to redeem my promo but the instructions donโt even work. I followed them googled different ways how and they all said you need a link. I never got that link and Iโm afraid Iโve been yet again lied to by Verizon- @verizon DO BETTER. This can quickly turn into a scandal and you can lose mass amounts of your consumer base over this.
