Never received the pomo earbuds either. Ordered in December 2022. It's now mid April 2023. I don't have the energy to deal w the runaround w Verizon.  So many hoops to go through.  Are they even worth it?

If your purchase was made at store, you only need to go directly at store, and they will correct your promo crediting the amount you paid for these earbuds. They'll only need, account number, order number and location code.
