I'm having the same problem. I received the email on 9/12 and have been unable to redeem after 3 more subsequent “tickets” generated with empty promise after empty promise. . I have spoken with several verizon support members for hours , who cannot help. They said I would receive an email, or that it will show up online or in the app but I have yet to receive a redemption email or code. I switched specifically for this promotion. I'm really frustrated. Tomorrow is Sunday and I want to ensure I will have access! Make this right Verizon. False advertisement is not legal.
Same horrible conductfrom Verizon! Was told I qualified for the promotion, changed to unlimited plan and was told I would receive an email in 3-5 days. Waited a week and then called after not receiving the email, Verizon rep condescendingly kept asking me why I think I received the promotion! I told her to look at my change of plan which matches the promotion and she said sorry your not getting it. Total bait and switch, wanted to see if others also getting experiencing this.
