When I originally signed up with Amazon, I had no idea that they had us TV promotion going on that when you signed up, they would send you a 65 inch Amazon TV I never received any emails that they promised me that I would get and that I would receive the TV after being a customer for 30 days never happened. I was in communication with Verizon customer service and every person that I spoke to said that I was in the right that I would be getting the TV sooner that they would escalate my issue. But of course, I never heard back from any of them and I always had to call and ask them what the situation was and they always told me and promised me that I would be getting the TV but a couple days ago when I called back asking him the progress of the situation the customer service rep told me that I would not be getting the TV because I stacked promotions, which is not true and even if that was the case, why does their system allow you to stack promotions I gave them my old phone in return for a new phone and I also chose the 65 inch TV and Iโve just been lied to over and over by Verizon and the icing on the cake is my bill for June was $350 which is three times Iโve ever paid with T-Mobile and Verizon promised me that my phone bill would be lower, not true. They have not offered me any compensation. They have Not even apologized for not telling me the truth and their customer service rep just telling me what I thought I wanted to hear let down with Verizon and their customer service and their service in general
