I purchased the Samsung Fold over 65 days ago, redeemed the Free Samsung TV offer, waited the 65 days required without returning device or cancelling service, got email stating I could now actually get the code for the free TV by logging into my account and choosing the "for you on us" tile. The tile Is nowhere to be found and I really hope Verizon isn't making this difficult on purpose to not fulfill it's end of the bargain

Same. Claimed. Waited 65 days. No email, no tile to claim. Just the tile telling me I can redeem it on August 28th.
On phone now 35 minutes, no progress. I'm a new customer and I'm pretty disappointed in the entire service and experience.
Get a Samsung TV, on us. Redeemable on Aug 28, 2023.

Spent 30 minutes waiting for a representative who then couldn't find this offer, then transferred me to Promotions department, waited another 15 minutes for a live person. Finally came on line and said that they couldn't find the promotion and hung up on me. Very disappointed that Vetizon doesn't seem to be able to support this promotion.

I have the same issue. I called customer service and they emailed me different instructions that only work if you have Fios home internet, which I don't and isn't offered where I live.
I called a second time and they can't figure out why either so opened a ticket with support. They did confirm I do qualify for the offer at least.

Same problem. I'm eligible for the free TV, got the email, but the tile doesn't show up in my account. Customer service told me a different way to get to it, and it does show up there, but the date on the tile is May 13, 2023 (a month BEFORE the promotion started) and now I can't redeem it because it thinks it's expired. And no one knows how to fix it. CS escalated, but then disappeared so who knows what's going on with it. And the CS thing is crashing now.
