Free Samsung TV for you on us tile not showing in my Verizon app

I purchased the Samsung Fold over 65 days ago, redeemed the Free Samsung TV offer, waited the 65 days required without returning device or cancelling service, got email stating I could now actually get the code for the free TV by logging into my account and choosing the "for you on us" tile.  The tile Is nowhere to be found and I really hope Verizon isn't making this difficult on purpose to not fulfill it's end of the bargain

I have received the email stating I can get the free Samsung tv. When I click the redeem now button it takes me to the app and there is nothing to redeem.

I'm having the same issue & I refuse to call because it's an all day affair dealing with the agents on the phone.  I get better results with the chat feature on Verizon website.  Only problem with that today is, when I hit the support tab I get an error.  No one to talk to either through chat or a phone number to call.

Seems everyone is having the same issue with redeeming this offer.  This is bad business.

I'm going to try going back to the Verizon  store.

 

The moderators here keeping asking if the link works ... when the title of the post is .... the link doesn't work on the app.

Then they ask for the service start date.

FUNNY...  the Verizon email says I've completed the 65 day waiting period and I have 20 days to claim.

So only  Ai would keep asking stupid questions

Be persistent and ask for a direct link to the site to order the TV and get a code.   The last chat I was on, he was able to get me the link and code to order the tv.

Hello.  Just wanted to update everyone.

I was not able to connect with the reps who messaged me here (phone battery died and I could not click whatever link they were sending without getting a error page popping up ...)

I WAS able to claim my TV AND It has arrived and I LOVE IT!

 

My issue seemed to be that I applied / claimed the promotion on my phone with my number through my app.  So I assumed that would be where the tile was located.

I checked on the fold phone in THAT numbers my Verizon app and the tile WAS there.

I was given the option to purchase a free TV, a larger one for $100.  The frame for a reduced price or a projector TV for a reduced price.

 

I chose the $100 one and it arrived quickly with no issues but the delivery driver did just drop it off with no signature so I would be careful of that if package thieves are a "thing" where you live.

I was told to wait for the email. I received the email which instructed me to find the "TV tile" under "For you, on us" however it is not showing up.

I got the email on Aug 31st and a reminder email today, and the link still isn't showing up for me in my account.

I am also having the same issue. It is frustrating that no one via call or chat can resolve this. Putting in "tickets" is a smoke screen just to appease the customer as though Verizon is actually doing something. There is no resolution and it appears others are having the same problem. With this much time lapsed and awful execution, it is doubtful anyone will be able to redeem the offer.  I would like to be contacted to resolve this, please.

I too was able to get the link to order my TV but you also need a promo code for the credit.  You need to be persistant and make them give you the promo code.

I'm having the same issues as others.  I've waited and am within the window.  No tile appears in the verizon app, and no email. Very frustrating.
