Free Samsung TV for you on us tile not showing in my Verizon app

I purchased the Samsung Fold over 65 days ago, redeemed the Free Samsung TV offer, waited the 65 days required without returning device or cancelling service, got email stating I could now actually get the code for the free TV by logging into my account and choosing the "for you on us" tile.  The tile Is nowhere to be found and I really hope Verizon isn't making this difficult on purpose to not fulfill it's end of the bargain

I received VZ email saying I need to claim tv before it expires, but the link doesn't exist ? 

Any help would be appreciated

I ordered my new phone on 6/17/23

Then  recieved an email that says I have 20 days to claim before it expires.

yes.   The tile never appeared.  I called 5 times.  Created a ticket and they promised to fix it.  Now, i'm being told on the phone that the offer expired.

The latest on my end is Verizon states the TV has been shipped to me.  I never received a code......I'll report back if it ever arrives.
