Free Samsung TV with Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra

I've gotten 3 emails to redeem my Samsung TV through the "for you on us" tile that doesn't seem to exist. I've chatted multiple times and the last time they said they put in a ticket to get the tile to show on my account. They took my email and also said I'd be emailed with the progress, and it will take about 5 days. That was 10 days ago, and now I only have 10 days left to redeem. Still no "for you on us" tile, no email with a progress update.
