I cannot redeem my amazon fire tv that was supposed to come with my plan it's been 30 days and the tile was there until 3 days before the 30 day mark

I purchased on 2-22 and activated on 2-23 the tile was on my page and said I could redeem on 3-24 but now it's gone and I haven't got any emails about redeeming the tv

Yea I need help with mine as well. I’m getting the complete runaround with everybody that I speak to online. Nobody knows about the offer
