Gift Card Eligibility

I have been trying to apply for my promotional gift card (for a holiday new phone order) via this website: vzw.com/rebate

The promotional code I put in (obtained from a Verizon agent) seems to be correct, but I am getting an error thst the date of purchase (12/3/2024) doesn't match records. Can I get some help figuring this out?

I was texted VZREUNITE24, although when the assistant read it out loud he said VZREUNION24 - if figured it was just a misread.

So I reached out and got a response from customer service, which was a long process but it seemed to work. I submitted for the rebate, got a message that was pending verification, and that verification should occur by 1/24. That was only for two of my four lines, but that's a different story.

It is now 2 weeks later, and the message still says pending verification (and that verification should be done around 1/24). How can I check what's going on?

Unfortunately now the information I've received is that the request is invalid. I don't want to invalidate all of the work that Verizon agents have done to help me progress in this issue, but after many hours (over a dozen, total) of chatting and conversations on phones I am still having problems. This has been the case from when I first signed up for Verizon in November. Am I just a special case?
