Verizon is playing a fool. We as customers depend on them and then they don't have any proper representative support. Half of these people have no idea what they're talking about. I have been issued a e-gift $200 card twice and every time I check the balance it's showing zero. I cannot use it to do anything because it's useless. Every time I speak to someone they're giving me a number to call and I'm getting no one. This is ridiculous. What's the point of having you guys?
