Gift card

I signed up in December 2024 transferred from another carrier and was promised a $300 gift card. Was never informed how to redeem it. Here now April and still getting the run around when I call or chat with anyone.  It's either the ticket is progress or give the ticket time. When I call I'm transferred numerous times or hung up on. Or on the phone for hours.  #giftcard
