I have received 3 gift cards as rebate to be used with Verizon store, each card for $200.00 and We decide to get all the gift card to purchase a Apple Watch , I called Verizon and asked if possible to combine the card and paid any extra if not enough with the card . I placed the order using the 3 gift card # and pin # and I was ask to add another method of payment to paid for activation etc.
I found out that they use my card to paid for the full amount of the apple watch and not used any gift card, when I call to ask why ? the answer was -- the order was cancelled and I will get a refund within 24 to 48 hrs.
I spent over one hour on the phone and nobody can help me .
