Hi,
I purchased a new phone about a week ago and was told over live chat that I was eligible for a $200 gift card promotion for purchasing when I did. I have yet to receive a promotion code in app, how do I go about redeeming?

My issue was solved in no time and without having to repeat my problem which is always nice! It was not clarified what kind of gift card, I just assumed it would be a Verizon gift card. It was an upgrade on an existing line.

Thank you for those additional details. I do not see any promotions with a $200 Gift Card for an upgrade, only for New Lines. How was the promotion presented? Was this by email?

It was a promotion that popped up while I was in the process of ordering the phone on the site, something along the line of “make this purchase now and get this promotion deal.”
I spoke with someone through live chat during this process who then told me that I would receive further instruction in-app after purchase. Of course they weren’t able to provide me with any kind of verification.

It was a $200 verizon e-gift card for adding a new line but it prompted the deal while I was in the cart about to check out. I have the new line all set up and got the other offer for the Sunday ticket redeemed already so this is the only offer I'm having trouble with.

Can you help me out with this same issue please, on August 10th, 2024, I purchased online a new iPhone 15 pro max and also opened a new line and there was a $200-dollar Verizon gift card promo with opening the new line but I have not received anything I need a promo code to activate the gift card,, I've called customer service 3 times, and they all have different stories but know answers
