How to redeem $200 gift card promotion

I purchased a new iPhone online on September 17, 2024 and during the checkout process this promo for a $200 gift card popped up saying to redeem after completion of my purchase, and I have 60days my phone is now activated and I still don’t have the promo code to redeem it how do I do this.

This did not help me. I placed my order on 9/30/24 and my receipt shows the $200 gift card promo but the link takes me to log in. Nothing waiting for me when I log on. Tried to get an agent to help and it just wasted 30 mins of my time. It’s literally on my receipt yet this is a problem. Simply credit my account $200 and we are good.

I also recieved the same offer. Upon picking my order up in store the  rep said I would have it in 30 days and its also got a text saying I needed to submit for it. However everytime i try in my verizon account it says there's an issue. Could I please have this fixed ASAP?

Support gave me these promo codes below. I did file submission For mine and it accepted the submission for $200 Verizon Gift card for completing purchase of new smart phone on cart on Verizon phone plan (The $$$ cost plan and middle $$$ plan-im paraphrasing) and receive promo code 8 weeks after verification of offer.r I submitted 9/26 & 10/22  which at first said the first submission payable 11/2, now says 11/16, we will see. I can send details of offers exactly of needed.  Although the offer I was offered was not for new phone but to bring my number with me when buying new service plan, I have not been able to get a promo code for that as of yet, hoping one of the submissions I made with codes below will be completed and I get it that way. We will see I guess,

I am.verizon custome had the same issue, these are promo codes I got from support and other Verizon customers if I were u I would submit ome with each promo code, believe me they will let u know if it's wrong (automated system will within few days ) so I submitted all the below in September,  still haven't gotten one to be approved. Think it's a scum bc support is no help ...

Same issues! I agree it appears to be a trick to reel you in.  I purchased my phones fully online on October 24th. Brand new phones, brand new lines. Promised $200 Verizon card for each phone. I was told I could use for activation fees. First untrue statement…Rebates expire tomorrow. I’ve spent hours and hours on the phone and in chat with many different agents. I’ve been given codes that mostly don’t work, but the occasional one appears to be ready to work so I send it out and….then a few days later I get an email back saying that it’s been denied for not meeting the criteria.

The criteria was definitely met.  I purchased within the proper window of time, I purchaseď online, purchase 4 brand new phones and 4 brand new plans (high enough plan to meet all qualifications), yet nothing works.  Tomorrow is the expiration date.  I know I’ve been trying for nothing. Feels like trickery. !  This is truly shameful. It should be illegal to sucker ppl in with false rewards.  I mean they are shown right on my receipt but they just never worked. No agent or manager or anyone seems able to  help me.   I was told it would go to rebate department and they would call me but nobody did…. I’ve called back multiple times trying.  I’ve chatted for hours and hours. My time should be worth more.

It really is ridiculous. Just trying to get what we were promised when we signed up.   I also can’t see anyone ever.  Just sad.

Maybe a miracle will happen and Verizon will honor this…. But based on all the emails I’ve been finding this is the norm. Shameful.

I am having the exact same issue as everyone above. It says my rebate should be available on April 4, and now it is May 5 and it still says “Pending Verification” as the status. There were several messages in my inbox to confirm my email address and I did so several times. And yet still no rebate - a main reason I switched from AT&T to Verizon was to get the iPhone 16 Pro and the Apple Watch Series 10 at huge savings with the $90 unlimited plan and the $200 gift card was one of my main reasons to say yes and trade in my older iPhone. Still no rebate, which I need immediately credited to my account because my bill is past-due and I am currently unemployed and recently disabled beyond ability to work - and I seriously need this rebate before my line gets turned off in a few days for lack of payment. Please help me.

I had same issue.  $200 gift card promotion popped up on screen when I didn’t immediately proceed with my order.   I accepted and processed my order.  Spent 40 minutes last night just for customer service to tell me so such promotion existed during the time of my purchase.   I would never have thought Verizon was capable of deceiving customers.   Sad to think I thought more of them than they do long term customers.   I’m disgusted.
