I had gotten a iPhone 15 pro max when I was having 14 PM issues the way jt played out was I got the phone and paid the upfront during the deal sent the phone to Verizon product repair and handed it in within the time frame and was told I would get a refund each month if x amount on bill I wasn’t paying it off because I had paid up front for the phone I m on a family plan with other family memeber s and don’t check the bill I told them to check that they were seein g my 55 monthly charge lowered I think by 30
my theory was I ll pay the 800-1000 now and it ll come off the bill each month when I give the 14 PM jn w new battery and no screw scratches
granted I don’t recall exact details but
something is not clear

I ultimately should still be recievvhg the
deduction from my first trade on my bill also as tgat was spread out over 3 years I m thinking they after the fact took my payment of the 15 and assumed I owed on 14 but I purchased that outright
I have 4 kids and they are on a different plan I need to be able to have phones unlocked and I’ve able to change them out I haven’t had a phone I didn’t own out right in years .
