I upgraded using the Online Chat System and I asked the sales rep explicitly on two separate occasions if my upgrade would qualify me for the NFL Sunday Ticket Promotion and they said yes both times. I have since received my phone and when I called to inquire about my NFL Sunday Ticket promotion I was put on hold for 30 minutes and then told that I did not qualify because I did not add a line. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me there were no supervisors available and to go to this page.
I have screenshots of the representative saying I would qualify for the promotion. I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years - All I want is what the sales rep promised me.
