I called spoke to Verizon about costs for international calls. He said to switch to the higher plan for the month I was gone and my plan would return to the plan I was on when I returned. Today my bill was $15 more and I was told it was a computer glitch so I could not get my original plan price. They are crediting the $15 for the remainder of the plan but it is still a higher cost. So beware when they say to switch a plan for a short time. I regret not paying the $10 per day I use international calls. Iโm not a happy customer again!!!
