Is the Sunday NFL Ticket Promo for real?

I have been trying to resolve this issue for over 2 weeks.  I received the original email and it was sent to a yahoo email address associated with my Verizon account.  I received an error message and can't redeem the offer.  The issue was escalated twice.  Called and was told I had have a gmail address associated with my account.  Changed my email in my Verizon account and over 3 days since I did that, still no email.  I am receiving plenty of other marketing emails to that address, of course!   I have been told 2 separate times to wait for a new email to redeem and still nothing.  Games are on tomorrow and we still can't redeem.

Unacceptable.

I, too, would share your concern if I was getting an error message after trying to redeem the NFL Sunday Ticket offer, KimP424. It sounds like you've already reached out for support on this, and it has been escalated. We'd be happy to take a fresh look into this. Please be on the lookout for a private note from us.

I am waiting for a new email message with the option to redeem.  I was told 3 days, then 5 days, then 10 days?  Still no email.
