Issue Suddenly with NFL+ Premium in Verizon +Play? Verizon +Play with NFL Problems?

Suddenly I find that I can no longer access the NFL+ Premium. It worked (however buggy) for 7 weeks but no longer. I tried to get support from NFL+ and NFL.com but they referred me to Verizon once we verified there were no changes made to my NFL account that would've impacted my subscription. In Verizon the subscription still shows active but still no access. Anyone run into this issue as well and if so, how was it resolved? I'm on the phone right now with a Verizon rep asking for cancellation and a prorated refund but they can't figure out how to cancel the subscription. I also can't change the renewal payment card to prevent future charges and auto renewal. I can't delete it.
For those of you reading this that are interested in Verizon +Play, avoid at all costs. I fell trapped in a con.
If this comes to a satisfactory resolution I'll happily update this post.

I have been trying to get this resolved since this past Sunday and you have provided no support and just wasted my time as usual. You sold me the NFL+ product through Play+ so you should be able to support it.

I have the same exact. Verizon is zero help and NFL support is email based and pretty much nonexistent.

Good luck. I am just trying to get a refund at this point. It’s a shame that VZ markets a product they can’t support. They should have a direct line to NFL to get things resolved, but clearly they do not.

I'm having the same issue that started at the same time, and from a quick google search, it looks like a lot of people are having this issue. When I go to NFL+, whether directly through the site, the mobile app, or by clicking on it from my +play account, it says I don't have an active subscription. I would very much like to get a refund for the remaining months since I've already missed out on a couple weeks of games and doesn't look like I'll be getting this weekend's either.

japplebee2021, I get feeling frustrated over having issues with stuff not working. I had some headaches this year earlier with some Disney+ stuff. We want to help and make sure you're benefiting from signing up for various perks via VZ. We've sent a Private Note to get more details.

I'm having the same issue. I missed the first week because they couldn't get the account set-up between NFL and Verizon. Now I'm missing the last few weeks because NFL shows I don't have an active account. They referred me back to Verizon.

I know frustrated I would be if I was able to enjoy watching games for the first half of the NFL season, and then for it to stop working like this, cjyoho. Though I am a Bear's fan, so maybe that would ebb the pain of watching my team this season 🐻. The great news is that you're in capable hands to help get this fixed. Only thing I found was to log out of all the apps, clear cache and log back in. None of it worked. Had I known the frustration, I would have paid full price on the NFL website.

I just spent an hour on the phone with Verizon, and they of course are blaming NFL+ saying they are having "server issues." No timeline for resolution. I've asked for a refund.
