Lied about new phones 24 years customer

I called verizon to cancel service as I was getting a better and to good to refuse offer from xfinity mobile who also uses verizon towers. When I called the rep offered 2 new phones one for each line I have and then proceeded to charge $200 taxes and fees already charged to my credit card which I will have to dispute.  I also noticed that my bill had increased for next month $50+ for the new phones supposedly for free which I did not need or ask for.  Why on earth would I stay with a company who treats customers in this way. I have called again to get this resolved. They eventually said they would call me back in 5 days which has passed. When I call this next time I am pulling the plug completely. Will send back these bogus free phones and disconnect service. Despicable treatment. Thieves!!!

I have recently had several reps lie to me and one maliciously disabled a setting on my line to cause the texting to not work for android users just to be vindictive.  I am disgusted with the current behavior Verizon is allowing to go on.  17 years I’ve been w them.

That is crazy to think they would behave maliciously. I suppose they don't value our money. I am exhausted from wasting energy on a service we clearly over pay for
