Missing gift cards

Has anyone else had issues regarding gift cards not being sent to new mobile customers? We used the Verizon website to try switching from ATT on March 7th, and of course it crashed when trying to complete the order. We were told in chat to call in and that we would receive all applicable discounts. We spent a couple of hours on the phone with a very helpful agent who also assured us that we would receive the two Z1 promos ($150 each) as well as the 3 $200 gift cards.

After numerous calls, we finally had the promo codes applied on April 24th. The support agent told us that they filled out an escalation form regarding the missing gift cards: The escalation form that I am going to submit will allow our offline team to review what happened. I'll put on the notes on the form that no codes was sent to you and instruction how you can get them. Definitely this will get approved as you were unaware how this is being processed.

We were told we would hear back within 10-15 business days, which we did not. I chatted and called in today and both reps are telling me that this promotion has expired, even though we have been in constant contact since March. Both offered random discounts that were far less than what was originally offered, and that there was nothing else they could do to help.

For what it is worth I have a pdf of our original (attempted) purchase that I would be willing to share with a Verizon rep in order to get this squared away. Anyone else have this run-around?
