New Verizon customer switched from T-Mobile and it has been a TOTAL NIGHTMARE from DAY ONE! Was told I’d receive an email in 5 days over a WEEK ago! I qualify for both these things with Unlimited plus. And have gotten nothing but the run around. I see here I am not alone. ATP I think leaving my previous carrier was a mistake. I spend more time talking to CS than talking on my phone to loved ones. Horrible!
I myself am confused about whether or not Unlimited Plus qualifies for the NFL Sunday Ticket promotion. The article in Knowledge Hub and Announcements says it is, but on the Verizon website the fine print says only Unlimited Ultimate customers qualify. The Disney+ promo, I don't know anything about.
