I am over reaching out to Verizon to redeem the NFL Sunday Ticket that was supposed to be given when you signed up a new line with the appropriate plan. I have been told it was a "broken link". We all know this isn't something difficult to fix.
I was told today that I have to wait 60 days for the new line to activated in order to redeem the Sunday ticket and that is November! Half way through the NFL season! What a joke Verizon is! Loyal customer for years and have 6 lines. This is insane how they treat their customers!
