Hello all. I upgraded a line on my account to an unlimited plan and also a new iPhone 14. When I was checking out it said I was eligible for free Sunday Ticket. Last week I still did not have an email on how to sign up. I contacted Verizon and was told I am not eligible, when I asked why they said it was only if I upgraded a line or activated a new one. When I said I did upgrade a line I was told that I was still not eligible. Very poor customer service.
