I ported several phone numbers to a new account from my previous carrier and should have NFL Sunday Ticket on my subscription. I was told in the store as well as in online help chats.
Friday I finally got an email saying I could redeem the NFL Sunday ticket but when I went to redeem it today, after signing in, I was taken to a page that said,
"We're sorry!
Looks like this offer has already been redeemed or is no longer available. If you feel this is in error, please contact us for assistance."
