I am writing regarding the NFL Sunday Ticket promotion tied to my recent phone upgrade. Despite multiple contacts and confirmations of my eligibility, I have not received any activation email or access to the promotion. Timeline of Issue: Sept 20, 2025: Purchased upgraded phone. Promotion of Free NFL Sunday Ticket advertised with purchase. Sept 21: Logged into account, saw promotion, and contacted Verizon. Rep said reward would activate within 48 hours under Make the Most of Your Plan > My Access/Featured Rewards and that I’d receive an email. Sept 27: No reward appeared. Called again. Rep confirmed eligibility, escalated as a technical issue, but call was disconnected. Sept 30: Contacted Verizon via chat. Rep confirmed eligibility again, escalated issue, and promised an email with activation instructions. Oct 1: No email received. I have reset my password, confirmed my email, checked spam, and received other messages about my upgrade—but still no NFL Sunday Ticket access. Oct 5: Contacted Verizon via chat. Rep confirmed eligibility again, escalated issue, and promised an email with activation instructions, no email received.
Has anyone been successful in receiving the NFL Sunday Ticket promotion?
