My fiance and I switched to Verizon on the unlimited plus plans and purchased 2 new phones. We were told we would receive a redemption email for NFL Sunday ticket on August 11. It is now August 17 and I have received nothing. I called customer service and they said they would open a ticket and I would get the email in no more than 5 days. It's been more than 5 days and still nothing. Has anyone actually received the redemption info?

Similar thing happened to me. I got the email and tried to sign up for the free Sunday Ticket, but when I did it just took me through this loop that never worked. Tried customer support and nothing helped there. Seems typical for Verizon, I guess I should have never come back to them.

I am having the same issue.  Been quite a while and no email.  Also, been on the phone with Verizon for over an hour and they have no idea how to send the email or get the enrollment through YouTubeTV

I am also waiting for my email for Free NFL Sunday Ticket.  When will I be receiving it? I was told that it should be by 8/20/23.  Can I please have an update for my account? Thanks.

I am a new Verizon customer and I qualify for the Free NFL Sunday Ticket.  I was told I would receive an email by 8/20/23 on steps to redeem this, but have not received anything.

was told I was eligible if I upgraded my lines. I checked ahead of time with an agent. I upgraded all my lines and was told I would get an email in the next 24-48 hours.  Email never came. Then I get on another chat and go through another 90 mins of back and forth and told a ticket was being created and it would be taken care of. I would get an email in 24 hours.  Never came. Today I get on again and am told I am not eligible to NFL Sunday Ticket and that the agent misinformed me. They can tell you that you are eligible and then change it.  Somehow, when I asked them to bring up my chats, they said they have no access to prior chats. And there is not way to save any transcriptions of any chats.  I wonder why?

I signed up for Sunday ticket. It was added to my bill but 4 days before Sunday and NO EMAIL or DIRECTIONS for what to do!

I got a new unlimited plus plan on AUGUST 5, with the galaxy s23 ultra. I was told I qualified for free Sunday ticket, because me and the reps at the store were joking about adding a new line to get it. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH WHERE IS MY EMAIL THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECIEVE TO SET IT UP!!!!
