Background - I was with ATT for over 18yr - we were sold to move to Verizon. We have 7 mobile lines and 1 land line that was ported - all received new Iphones.
We have the 5G plans on all. I went through this NFL Sunday ticket "Free" offering with a fine comb. NO where did it say you need to be on a "Shared Plan"
I was on yesterday with a rep - he said YES you qualify. Upgrade your one line to Unlimited Plus. Tomorrow you will get steps to activate.
Today - NO Steps sent. Get on support - New rep 'Sorry he "Missinformed You" YOu need to be on a Shared plan.
I complained and was not offered the NFL package but $200 for inconvenience(essentially the Lie and lack of transparency).
Anyone else experienced this? I told the rep - if i keep complaining here we'll get to $449 - might as well provide an unhappy customer the package, No? Guess not. Terrible. I'm not considering leaving - taking all my lines back to ATT at least they gave me the NFL package for free to stay and did it 2x.

louiem916, we're sorry to hear that you were misinformed about the NFL Sunday Ticket. We'd love the chance to take a look at your situation and help find a solution. We'll send you a Private Note shortly.

Checking back. Can we "reconfirm" I qualify or NOT for NFLSundayTicket here? I see another person was also given the run around.

I experienced a similar situation. We upgraded our plans to the unlimited plus, and also have home internet. I spoke with a CSR on 8/16 for roughly 15 mins. She stated that my plan was eligible to receive NFL Sunday Ticket. After following the steps, she gave me I was still unable to add NFL Sunday Ticket. She stated at that point she would need to escalate my case to a higher department, and they would send me an email for the steps to add the NFL Sunday Ticket. It's now been 7 days, and I still haven't received an email, nor have I been able to add NFL Sunday Ticket. I'm not even trying to redeem the "On Us" pricing, I just want to add it to my existing YouTube TV account which is also through Verizon.

I would email them here and see if htey respond or create a post and say the same thing about bunch of B.
i was also told try the referral program started last week, i was going to have my brother bring 3 lines but again bunch B.
so i'm back to nowhere, I was given $200 to show face. another $195 if i kept the chat going would of gotten me there. How much is it worth to them to keep some customers happy for $395 ???
