I am also having trouble and had to place several calls about the NFL sunday ticket promotion. I have yet to receive an email or see it listed with my plan/perks on My Verizon. 1st call they confirmed Im eligible and should receive an email on how to access it in 5-7 biz days. 2nd call they could not even confirm I was eligible. I am a new customer and promo was confirmed at purchase and again after that. The 2nd call resulted in an escalation ticket but no response as of yet. 1st game is tomorrow. Hoping to get this sorted soon.

We have had the same issues. 4-6 hours on the phone with Verizon multiple times this week. They say that we in fact do qualify. They keep telling us an e-mail is coming. No e-mail comes. WE go through the same thing every single time we call in. My husband finally filed a BBB complaint.
